Requirements
- 3+ years in HR or a related field, preferably with manufacturing recruiting experience.
- Effective communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, accountable, and eager to take ownership.
- A mindset focused on learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems, LMS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruiting for manufacturing and office positions, attracting top talent that aligns with our culture and values.
- Take full ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring every new hire has a seamless and engaging experience.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS data management.
- Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives to help our team thrive.
- Partner with leaders to adapt and overcome challenges as we grow.
- Support compliance and day-to-day HR operations.
