We are seeking a HR Specialist II - People Relations (HR Generalist) to join our talented Human Resources team in Johnson Creek, WI. This position is responsible for supporting our employees and business. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across the business to ensure precise and efficient HR operations inlcuding assisting with the entire employee life cycle. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
  • 2-4 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and HR tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Travel: < 10%

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

Responsibilities

  • Primary HR contact for employees.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate HR programs and processes such as compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, orientation, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Handle employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support across areas of HR Operations.
  • Implement employee relations strategies to foster positive employer-employee relationships and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on training, development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.
  • Advise managers on job design, salaries, benefits, and compliance.
