About The Position

Serves as the first point of contact for all Human Resources (HR) customers. Provides a high level of customer service in response to HR questions and provides administrative support for various HR functions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required. In lieu of degree 4 years of human resources experience may be accepted.
• If experience is substituted for degree, then High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of personal computers and working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Accurate keyboarding skills required.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and pay close attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating general office equipment: multi-line phone, fax machine, scanner, and copier.

Nice To Haves

• Human Resources or Health Care Administration Degree is preferred.
