About The Position

Provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients via state-of-the-art remote audio/visual technology. Coordinates with other Clinical Team Members (physicians, nursing staff and ancillary personnel),as appropriate, to facilitate proactive intervention aimed at optimizing safety and preventing adverse events. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to adapt to change in a fast paced work environment.
• Exemplary communication, telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
• Must possess analytical skills to gather and interpret routine data.
• Must be capable of continuous monitoring of patients, remaining alert at all times while on duty.
• Must be able to respond efficiently and effectively to patient behavioral changes.
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion and courtesy when working with patients, visitors and staff is required.
• Working knowledge of Windows office systems and all office equipment.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Clinical experience in a hospital environment or direct patient care experience is preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Paramedic, EMT, CNA, or Medical Assistant program is preferred.
• CNA preferred.
