We are looking for an HR Services Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the GCN Accommodation Management Team. This role supports efficient case management, timely resolution of escalations, and accurate handling of sensitive information. The ideal candidate demonstrates organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred).
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Capability to exercise discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
  • Must consistently demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance at the Columbus, Indiana Circle K office five days per week to support operational continuity and foster effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assign and monitor cases in ServiceNow (SNOW) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assess type and urgency for escalations and route to appropriate team members.
  • Apply basic judgment to prioritize cases and resolve routine issues independently.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence via fax, email, Workday (HRIS), and U.S. mail.
  • Assist in generating and maintaining reporting for departmental needs.
  • Maintain electronic files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor and manage departmental email and fax accounts.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail promptly.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Provide project assistance and support for special initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy standards, and employment law.
  • Other duties as assigned.
