The HR Service Center Representative serves as the primary point of contact for employees and/or managers seeking assistance with a variety of HR-related inquiries and requests. This role involves responding to employee questions about benefits, payroll, leave, policies, and other HR services while providing excellent customer service and maintaining data accuracy in HR Systems. The HR Service Center Representative is responsible for resolving first-level issues, escalating to subject-matter experts as needed, processing requests, and ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
