(Role: Non-Exempt) JOB FUNCTION: The HR Service Center (HRSC) Representative is responsible for providing quality and timely customer service and support in response to inquiries from employees, retirees, and external parties/customers on Human Resources (HR) policies, programs, and systems. Responsible for accurate data entry and maintaining the data integrity of the HRIS system, while ensuring compliance with SOX protocols and applicable legal requirements. Supports the HR Generalists and HR Business Partners with the recruitment process and oversees the post-offer process to new hire onboarding. Collaborates and supports HR functional areas including but not limited to Benefits, Client Services, Compensation, HR CCOE, Labor Relations, Organizational Development & Learning, and Workforce Planning.
