This role is the first line of contact with employees and leaders to solve their cases and ensure a seamless employee experience in solving, escalating, or transferring the requests. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • 1 year relevant experience.
  • Understanding of the HR function and elementary employee requests, benefits, and HR lifecycle
  • Ability to organize and prioritize activities
  • Requires social sensitivity and confidentiality to employee's personal information and situations
  • Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner

Responsibilities
