The Human Resources Service Center Associate is responsible for delivering support to Ascensus associates, leaders and the Human Resources team. This role provides a high level of support for internal clients, with accurate and timely responses to inquiries submitted in the Human Resources case management system in Workday. The associate will manage the full life cycle of assigned cases from acknowledgment to follow up and resolution, all within service standards. Key functions include responding to level one cases regarding associate benefit programs, human resources policies and programs, and all other general HR questions, as well as assigning level two Help cases to the appropriate HR Center of Excellence team. The role also involves maintaining associates’ data in Workday by assisting leaders with Leader Self Service tasks and properly informing associates how to use Workday, and processing assigned Workday tasks and processes timely. The associate is responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.
