In this vital role you will contribute directly to the talent engagement and development programs for the global Operations community, comprised of more than 10,000 colleagues worldwide. The Operations Talent & Culture team (Ops T&C) owns and manages multiple global programs impacting Operations staff and leaders worldwide. You will serve as the program manager for the Operations Graduate Program, which is designed to attract and develop high-potential graduate students through meaningful internships. By pairing hands-on, real-world experience with exposure to Amgen’s culture and ways of working, the program builds a sustainable pipeline of future-ready talent for the organization. You will also be responsible for leading Ops T&C external partnerships, refining and evolving the strategy for external partnerships focused on building brand awareness and creating a robust talent pipeline for Operations. You will maintain responsibility for project management and delivery of external engagements. Additionally, you will support the Process Development function by leading the engagement Council and overseeing the administration of the core programs focused on employee engagement and organizational culture. This role provides a unique opportunity to oversee end-to-end program management, interact with Operations leaders across the globe, and help ensure Amgen has a robust pipeline of future leaders. This role reports to the head of the Ops T&C team.
