POSITION PURPOSE This position serves as administrative support to the Plant Human Resources and Safety departments.

  • This is an office position which requires walking, standing, and sitting.

Responsibilities

  • Basic administrative support for Plant HR and Safety
  • Allocation of hours in Concrete Vision
  • Create new hire onboarding packets
  • Manage time clock; add new hires to time clock, add missed punches, ensure accurate data
  • Facilitate training at training stations; assist with The DECK login and course completion, ensure paperwork included with training is complete
  • Assist with Safety Onboarding
  • Track safety training completions for new hires (temps and direct hires)
  • Support plant HR and Safety with foot traffic in office area
  • Must adhere to all Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
