Paid Ads Academy is the go-to advertising training partner for entrepreneurs and their teams. To learn more visit: https://www.paidadscoaching.com/ Position Overview We are hiring a HR & Recruiting Manager to own the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through performance management, compensation, benefits, and career development. This is a strategic and hands-on role where success depends on building high-performing teams, creating scalable people systems, and ensuring employees are supported to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, and Recruiting
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, benefits, and employee documentation
  • Strong organizational and process-building skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
  • High discretion with sensitive employee matters
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in startup, fast-growth, or entrepreneurial environments preferred
  • Experience hiring executive or C-level talent preferred
  • Experience using AI tools to improve recruiting or HR workflows preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and role requirements
  • Build and manage a high-quality multi-step interview process
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across all open roles
  • Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling efficiently
  • Own onboarding to create a strong new hire experience
  • Maintain employee documentation, records, and handbook updates
  • Design and manage the company performance review process
  • Support leadership with performance improvement plans and employee development
  • Partner on compensation planning, raises, and promotions
  • Administer benefits, PTO policies, and employee support requests
  • Manage employee growth plans and training initiatives
  • Coordinate gifting, recognition, and internal culture programs
  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant and aligned with company values
