We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Records Specialist to help with data entry tasks, employment verifications, and I-9/E-Verify transactions. This is an entry level position with an anticipated start date of January 2026. Provides excellent customer services to all visitors and callers, internal and external; handles complex issues received by email, telephone or office walk-ins and applies critical thinking skills utilizing, but not limited to, approved employee handbooks, UD policies and procedures, and other available resources; provides level 1 email support, then assigns and forwards messages as needed to core groups within Human Resources. Assists and explains Payroll and HR related forms during the onboarding process and provides timely assistance to all current and former employees regarding forms and processes. This position performs data entry tasks, assists with Department of Defense and employment verifications, as well processing transactions in the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticketing system, Form I-9/E-Verify transactions and handling confidential data and documents.
