About The Position

Life Protect 24/7 is a sales call center searching for a self-motivated, high performing individual with a desire to represent our company, advocate for amazing employee experience, and help grow our company’s team experience. If this sounds like you, you are a great candidate for our Human Resources Receptionist position. You will be the first point of contact employees and visitors have with our company. The primary responsibilities of the HR Receptionist are the following; This job is best suited for candidates that are self-starters looking to grow their careers in the Human Resources field. You’ll provide quality support services to our current employees and guests by exemplifying passion, integrity, leadership, learning, accountability and respect.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or higher
  • A minimum of one year Human Resource experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Workspace
  • Experience with ADP
  • Strong communication and listening skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • High level of confidentiality and a strong commitment to Life Protect 24/7 values
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and to work in a fast paced office environment
  • Must be able to work occasional flexible hours.
  • Criminal history and other background checks will be required of the finalist candidate for this position. Satisfactory background checks are a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of one year Human Resource experience preferred
  • Experience with ADP

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the flow of traffic within the office and manage and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system to recruiters and appropriate individuals within the organization.
  • Perform office reception duties including greeting visitors and current employees.
  • Assist exsiting employees with basic HR concerns/needs
  • Assist the HR team with the onboarding experience of new employees across the organization.
  • Process and organize applicant information.
  • Organize new hire information and pertinent tasks related to onboarding.
  • Organize and distribute Life Protect 247 merchandise.
