The Project Management team manages all aspects of a large scale and complex project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project. Whirlpool is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Project Management Lead to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Business Unit Services (BUS) and Human Resources initiatives. This role is critical for ensuring that our HR operating model management system is efficiently deployed and maintained, project portfolios are aligned with business priorities, and all key HR initiatives meet established scope, timeline, and budget requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of HR processes and systems. #LI-DD1 This role is fully onsite, Monday - Friday, at our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
