The HR Project Leader – Integrations will lead and support the integration of Human Resources processes, systems, and programs across VSE Aviation and newly acquired businesses. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition and alignment of HR operations including HRIS, benefits, payroll, talent management, employee relations, and compliance. The individual will partner closely with HR leadership, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement integration strategies that enable organizational growth and operational efficiency. This role will oversee project planning, change management, and communication efforts related to HR integrations and transformations. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR functional knowledge across multiple disciplines, project management expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization. This position requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple initiatives while ensuring positive employee experiences during integration efforts.
