About The Position

This exciting new role of Rheem’s Human Resources Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of Enterprise Global HR projects and programs. This role reports to the Senior Director of HR Technology, M&A, and Global Projects at Rheem but works closely with HR Project Specialists. In this role, you will assist in managing global cross-functional projects to completion utilizing project management expertise and tools for various parts of HR including Enterprise HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, and Communications, including M&A diligence and integration efforts.
