Job Summary: Coordinates the maintenance, recording, preparation, and reporting of data related to personnel information. Facilitates the collection and entry of human resource data and the generation and distribution of related reports and information. Reviews all personnel forms for completeness, accuracy, timing, and conformity to policy guidelines. Responds to candidates and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. Responds to internal and external inquiries for personnel information, providing verbal or written verification (as required). May assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in reviewing applications and/or scheduling interviews. Supports various Talent Acquisition initiatives and facilitates the new hire pre-employment intake sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • One (1) year of relevant clerical experience utilizing a variety of office computer technology as a function of customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • College-level coursework, particularly in business (or a closely related field)
  • Human resources (HR) pre-employment/onboarding experience.
