Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong technical curiosity and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Good attention to detail and comfort working with data.
  • Clear communication skills and a service‑oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HR, IT helpdesk, customer support, or another role involving technology or systems support.
  • Exposure to HR software, ticketing systems, or system troubleshooting tools.
  • Familiarity with process improvement, system testing, or documenting technical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Supports daily administration of the UKG HRIS, including basic system configuration, security roles, and workflow maintenance
  • Assists with system updates, enhancements, and testing activities to ensure changes function as intended
  • Troubleshoots routine system issues and partners with senior HRIS team members or vendors to resolve more complex problems
  • Maintains accurate HRIS data through regular audits, validation, and correction of data discrepancies
  • Runs standard and ad hoc HR reports and assists in developing reports, dashboards, and data metrics to analyze and meet business needs
  • Serves as a first point of contact for HRIS questions, data requests, and basic system issues from employees, managers, and HR partners
  • Provides timely, accurate support and guidance to ensure a positive user experience with HR systems, including user documentation, job aids, and FAQs to promote effective system adoption
  • Documents existing HRIS processes and assists with identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
  • Supports HRIS projects and enhancements by gathering requirements, coordinating testing, and assisting with change communications to help translate process needs into system‑supported solutions
  • Other Duties as assigned
