The HR People Partner serves as a strategic advisor to WennSoft leadership, aligning HR practices with business goals as the company transitions to cloud-based solutions and expands AI-enabled processes. The role combines hands-on HR operations with leadership coaching, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations support. It focuses on strengthening organizational effectiveness, supporting growth from ~40 to 50 employees, improving engagement and retention, and ensuring consistent, compliant people practices that enable high-performing teams. The HR People Partner is an embedded, strategic partner to the WennSoft leadership team, responsible for aligning People practices with business priorities. This role supports leaders through growth, organizational change, and capability development as WennSoft continues its transition from legacy solutions to cloud‑based offerings and expands its use of AI‑enabled tools and processes within the Omegro portfolio. The People Partner balances hands‑on HR execution with proactive advisory support, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high‑quality People practices while enabling leaders to build engaged, high‑performing teams.
