Position Summary The HR People Insights Manager partners with a team of HR professionals focused on transforming workforce data into actionable insights. This role combines strategic HR knowledge with advanced data science capabilities to support evidence-based decision-making across talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI and other data visualization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and HR metrics.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and familiarity with HR data structures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of predictive models and analytics solutions to support HR strategies such as retention, engagement, DEI, and performance.
  • Partner and lead a team of data analysts, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
  • Oversee the creation/updates of dashboards and visualizations using enterprise-approved tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Drive innovation in HR analytics by exploring new methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Gather/harmonize policies across both the US and global workforce.
  • Prepare the policy data in a way that allows AI initiatives to be implemented in our systems.
