The HR & Payroll Manager will serve as the primary HR leader for ECF, responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving all aspects of human resources and payroll. This is a high-impact, foundational role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, compliance, and employee relations. Based in our Allentown, PA home office, this is an in-person leadership position at the center of ECF’s organization. You will partner closely with executive leadership while supporting employees across both corporate and field teams, helping to build the structure, systems, and processes needed to scale effectively.
