We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR & Payroll professional looking to contribute to our growth and make a meaningful impact. The HR & Payroll Coordinator will manage full-cycle payroll processing for our multi-site organization and provide comprehensive HR operations support. This role combines technical payroll expertise with hands-on HR coordination, ensuring smooth processes across employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in payroll administration as well as HR operations experience with onboarding/offboarding, compliance and employee support. Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential to this role. Hourly Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00 This position is located in Syracuse, NY and requires onsite work. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including geographic location, skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, and overall alignment with business and organizational needs.
