RSC Payroll Coordinator What You’ll Do Prepares, submits, and audits weekly payroll and incentives Manages manual checks Inputs new hire hours and assigns badge numbers Conducts Workday data entry including new hires, terminations, and promotions Manages comm data cards Ensures proper premiums and shift differentials are being applied Workday Report – DC Report (labor hour reporting), Daily and Weekly hours, time off report, unmatched punches, corrective actions, meal waivers, and OT.
