The HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist is responsible for processing the bi-weekly payroll of the hospital and all mandatory reporting associated with that. In addition, this position serves as the subject matter expert in all employee benefits programs, participates in annual benefit renewals, maintains the HRIS system, and provides support of the overall HR functions of the hospital.
