ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Uphold the mission of the YMCA, and demonstrate behaviors that reflect a determined, nurturing, genuine, hopeful, and welcoming nature. Initiate and assist as needed with electronic onboarding process into the PayCom system. Process employee changes into the PayCom system. Process reference and background checks. Process Workers’ Compensation Claims. Process Unemployment claims. Process FMLA paperwork. Assist Payroll and back up as needed. Assist YMCA Branches with employee inquires. Cover reception desk for lunch breaks, vacations, sick days, etc. Assist in the All About Leadership (new employee orientation) when needed (weeknight sessions). Additional tasks as needed.
