We’re looking for an experienced full-stack HR Partner to serve as the primary HR point of contact for 4M’s US site, supporting both our Austin office and our remote US team. This role acts as the on-the-ground presence of 4M’s global HR team, managing core HR responsibilities in the US while partnering closely with our Israel-based HR team to shape a thoughtful people experience, strengthen cross-regional connection and alignment, and bring our people vision to life. This role blends hands-on people partnership with employee experience, office operations, and light recruiting support, working closely with managers and ICs as a trusted partner. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and brings a proactive, self-starting, can-do approach.
