About The Position

The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining training programs and company initiatives that develop employees, strengthen leadership capability, and enhance organizational effectiveness across all levels of the company. This role will work collaboratively with leaders across multiple entities to identify training needs, design development programs, and implement key Human Resource initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across departments and at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership development, training design, and organizational change.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and organizational effectiveness best practices.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar learning platforms.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or Human Resource similar field.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% if needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to assess organizational effectiveness and identify training and development opportunities to improve structure, culture, and performance.
  • Design and facilitate organizational assessments, employee surveys, and action planning to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Develop and maintain organizational competency models, succession plans, and workforce development strategies.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, coaching initiatives, and succession planning tools.
  • Identify high-potential talent and create targeted development pathways.
  • Facilitate initiatives that promote company values, employee recognition, and a strong, inclusive culture.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support company growth, transformation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and track key metrics related to engagement, retention, and organizational health.
  • Serve as a collaborative member of the HR and Safety team by assisting with general HR questions and concerns from employees and leaders as needed.
