About The Position
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Systems Specialist to join our team. This role combines hands-on HR system administration with operational support and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Systems / People Ops
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and/or LMS platforms
- Experience working in companies with 500+ employees
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
- Experience working with Confluence or similar documentation tools
- Experience supporting and maintaining HR policies
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with HiBob
- Experience with TeamTailor (ATS)
- Experience using Asana or similar task management tools
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Assist in maintaining and improving HR processes and workflows
- Support and update internal HR policies and documentation in collaboration with the HR team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations
- Provide support with system-related requests, troubleshooting, and improvements
