About The Position
CGS is seeking a skilled HR Operations Support Lead (HROSL) – SME to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Provide HR leadership, oversee compliance with federal HR policies, and coordinate workforce planning activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
