About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role combines HR responsibilities with office management and administrative support, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience across the organization.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
• High level of English (both written and spoken) – A must
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a high-tech or startup environment
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-functioning, organized workplace
• Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
• Take part in interviews and support hiring decisions
• Lead employee welfare initiatives, events, and engagement activities
• Handle general HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related and operational matters
• Work closely with management to support HR processes and company culture
