About The Position

Lead with purpose Step into a role where people strategy fuels operational excellence. As the plant’s HR Operations Manager, you’ll report to the HRBP and act as a co-strategist for the site—consulting with employees at every level, shaping programs that anticipate tomorrow’s challenges, and ensuring consistent, compliant execution today. You’ll be recognized as a partner, coach, and resource who anchors decisions in Trivium values and leadership standards. Your impact Imagine this: by Q1, you’ve stabilized payroll and benefits as the plant’s process owner, embedded leadership standards into talent processes, and delivered a data-rich HR metrics dashboard. By midyear, you’ve implemented a pay program aligned with external markets, sharpened staffing plans, and rolled out a refreshed engagement approach. Throughout, you’re guiding managers through tough calls, keeping actions compliant, and modeling fair, consistent policy application.
