We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Operations Coordinator S2 to support our Human Resources team in Raleigh, NC. This role plays a critical part in onboarding, employment transactions, compliance reporting, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits package

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or corporate HR support
  • Experience working in an HRIS system (Workday preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment

Responsibilities

  • Process onboarding activities including background checks, drug testing, I-9 and E-Verify compliance
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding communications
  • Process unemployment claims and outside employment verification requests
  • Maintain employee work authorizations and credential tracking
  • Manage uniform inventory and payroll deductions
  • Support HR reporting (EEO-1, ACA, headcount, turnover, time-to-onboard metrics)
  • Assist with open enrollment, audits, employee surveys, and HR projects
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and visitors, providing accurate information and guidance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and security protocols
