About The Position

The HR & Operations Administrator provides critical administrative and human resources support to the Support Center, restaurant operations, and executive leadership. This role is split approximately 50% HR administration and 50% Operations/Executive support, serving as a key liaison between corporate leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information in a fast-paced, multi-unit restaurant environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR or administrative experience, preferably within retail, restaurant, or multi-unit QSR environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex administrative responsibilities and support senior leadership
  • Strong understanding of HR administrative processes and employee lifecycle support
  • Exceptional organizational, proofreading, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate leadership needs and prioritize requests effectively
  • High level of discretion with confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience creating presentations for leadership
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Professional, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to restaurant locations occasionally
  • Associate’s Degree required

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of HR administrative and project-related tasks supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
  • Maintain and file personnel files, HR paperwork, and employee records
  • Support HRIS administration, including system troubleshooting, password resets, data maintenance, and user support
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to enroll new hires in benefits, support benefits communication, and maintain ACA compliance
  • Conduct HR audits across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee relations to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Assist with employee relations matters and partner with operations leadership as needed
  • Process HR paperwork for new stores and support new store openings
  • Manage birthday and anniversary cards for all employees
  • Provide direct administrative support to the VP of Operations
  • Schedule, facilitate, and take minutes during meetings
  • Manage meeting calendars, agendas, correspondence, and sensitive/confidential communications
  • Coordinate and support Monthly General Manager meetings in partnership with the VP of Operations
  • Print, laminate, copy, fax, and scan documents and restaurant signage
