About The Position

HR Onboarding Specialist Butterfly Effects | Hybrid - Deerfield Beach, FL $20 - $22 per hour High-volume HR onboarding role supporting a growing national healthcare organization. At Butterfly Effects, families are at the center of everything we do. Our team members make it possible for children with autism to receive life-changing therapy, and we are looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist who takes pride in creating a fast, organized, and welcoming start for every new hire. This is a high-energy, high-volume role where speed, responsiveness, and attention to detail matter. You will be responsible for moving new hires quickly and efficiently through the onboarding process so they can begin supporting the children and families we serve. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in keeping processes organized, accurate, and moving forward. This hybrid position is based in our Deerfield Beach, Florida office.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support, HR coordination, onboarding, recruiting, or similar high-volume roles.
  • Ability to work with urgency, prioritize competing tasks, and keep work moving forward quickly while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and supportive approach.
  • Comfort working with HR systems, email communication, and digital onboarding platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume onboarding pipeline, ensuring new hires move quickly and efficiently through each step of the onboarding process.
  • Create a welcoming and positive first impression for new team members joining Butterfly Effects.
  • Provide responsive and professional communication by answering questions and supporting new hires throughout onboarding.
  • Ensure applicants complete all background checks, compliance requirements (such as vaccines and medical requirements), and onboarding documentation in a timely manner.
  • Complete HR data entry, systems setup, onboarding paperwork, and electronic filing accurately and efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate new hire orientation meetings to support a smooth start for each new hire.
  • Proactively track onboarding progress and follow up quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to keep timelines moving forward.
  • Help ensure new team members complete onboarding on schedule so they can begin supporting clients as quickly as possible.
