Requirements
- Must meet all requirements to be considered.
- 1–2 years of proven success onboarding for a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment team.
- Must be comfortable with public speaking, delivering excellent customer service, multitasking, and working under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Associate’s Degree in Business or related field or actively pursuing.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Human Resources.
- Prior healthcare experience and/or experience with ADP.
- Candidates with HR Assistant experience will find this position to be an excellent fit.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Work across departments, maintaining excellent communication with managers and staff.
- Keep onboarding organized, timely, and compliant with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Juggle multiple priorities with confidence, all while making the experience fun and engaging.
- Ensure all the health systems standard for compliance is met for each hire.
