We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to become a valued part of our White Oak family. Position Summary The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all facility-level HR functions, including: Employee recruitment and retention Benefits administration and management Payroll processing for facility staff Compliance with personnel policies and procedures Workers’ compensation claims management Unemployment and EEOC compliance Employee relations support Policy enforcement and cross-functional support This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of HR and payroll experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation, unemployment, and EEOC laws
  • Strong understanding of personnel policy enforcement
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Versatile and willing to cross-train as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience with Paycom preferred
