We're looking for an organized, people-first HR Manager to be the operational backbone of our People team. You'll be the go-to for the Good Inside team across the full employee lifecycle, from their first day to their last, and everything in between. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a fast-growing company. You'll own the systems, processes, and communications that keep our people operations running smoothly, and you'll be a trusted resource for employees navigating everything from onboarding questions to leaves of absence. You'll work closely with the Head of People and partner across Finance, Legal, Recruiting and team leads to ensure our HR infrastructure and culture scales with us. This is a hybrid role based in Manhattan and requires 3 days a week onsite.
