The HR Manager will actively support their assigned client group spanning multiple functions to drive important people/talent strategies across our Americas team. This work will enable business results through coaching, talent management, organizational design, change management and business partnering. Role will manage and execute the HR work for the assigned client groups by aligning resources, managing workflows, and executing the implementation of activities based on business requirements and client needs. This position will be instrumental in facilitating a team member oriented, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of effective process management and improvement.
• Ability to tolerate ambiguity, handle multiple priorities, and identify creative solutions to complex problems.
• Demonstrated history of taking initiative, meeting commitments and creating new tools or solutions to achieve business results.
• High level of energy, personal accountability and integrity.
• Proven ability to assess candidates.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional human resources management position.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the client organizations, in the interest of building effective and productive working relationships with client groups at all levels of the organization.
• Manages overall Human Resources service delivery to the business directly or through collaboration with our HR team providing services that are responsive to our business strategy.
• Interprets HR policies, practices and procedures for managers, teams, and individual employees that support the needs of the business.
• Provides solutions to business issues in a proactive and positive manner. Provides staffing support to ensure the organization can acquire and retain top talent, including building our pipeline for future needs as well.
