As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced HR leader who can strengthen our people systems, elevate execution, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This is not a desk-only HR role. This is a field-facing leadership position for someone who wants to understand day-to-day operational realities and build an HR function that scales with growth. The HR Manager partners closely with the VP of People & Training to lead and mature the HR function at Tagg-N-Go. This role provides day-to-day leadership across core HR disciplines while ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence. The HR Manager brings both sound judgment and strong execution. They are comfortable handling complex employee relations matters, overseeing HR operations, and developing team members—while also stepping in when the business needs hands-on support. This role requires the ability to lead and drive outcomes through influence, building trust and alignment across leaders without relying solely on positional authority.
