WS Management is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our Southern California hotel portfolio, with a primary on-site presence at the Best Western Hacienda Hotel Old Town. This role is ideal for a California HR professional who enjoys being hands-on at the property level while supporting multiple locations. This position partners closely with the General Manager at the Hacienda and reports functionally to Corporate HR leadership, ensuring strong compliance, training completion, employee engagement, and morale at the property level while also providing HR support across additional Southern California hotels.
