About The Position

As a Breakfast Attendant you would be primarily responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down the breakfast buffet and for maintaining the breakfast dining area. With a minimal supervision provide exceptional guest service by welcoming them and be well attended at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and providing with personalized service to all guests.
• Adheres to all recipes, methods and direction per Brand standards and direction from the general manager
• Ensures the food prepared is of the highest quality
• Checks food and storage area temperatures twice a day, records the temperatures on the log sheet and notifies maintenance of any issues
• Maintains an organized and efficient production flow of buffet
• Is responsible for the kitchen area’s cleanliness and sanitation, according but not limited to Brand standards and local Health Codes.
• Places kitchen food and supplies orders per schedule, checks in all kitchen orders and ensure the accuracy of the supplier invoices as to the quantity and quality of products received.
• Verifies all ID’s for Alcohol Beverage service
• Insure the safety of our guest’s property assets; never open door for guest’s who forgot their key (redirect them back to the front desk)
