The HR Manager plays a critical leadership role in enabling this by serving as the primary people partner to site and functional leaders while leading a team of HR professionals delivering day-to-day HR services. The HR Manager works closely with business leadership to ensure the organization has the right talent, structure, capability, and culture to execute today and scale for the future. This role balances strategic partnership, operational rigor, and strong people leadership in a fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environment. This role is responsible for labor and employee relations, talent and performance management, organizational effectiveness, compliance, workforce planning, and the consistent execution of HR programs and policies. The HR Manager partners closely with Apogee Centers of Excellence and Shared Services while ensuring strong local execution across Metals operations.
