Our client is expanding their research and development operations in Anderson, SC and is looking for an engaging HR Manager to support engineers, scientists, and technical professionals driving innovation. This role is designed for an HR leader who prefers to be on the floor, in the meetings, and involved in the work, not operating from the sidelines. If you enjoy partnering closely with technical leaders, shaping talent strategies from the ground up, and building people programs that support innovation, this role offers the visibility and ownership to do exactly that. This is an immediate, direct hire opportunity.
