About The Position

Shape how we reward, support, and retain our people. We’re not looking for someone to “run comp and benefits.” We’re looking for someone to own it, elevate it, and make it a strategic advantage. As our HR Manager, Compensation & Benefits, you’ll lead the design and execution of total rewards for a growing, high-impact industrial services organization with 800+ employees (and counting). This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences how we attract talent, retain top performers, and scale the business. You’ll partner closely with the HR Director (Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering) Finance, Operations, and senior leadership, bringing data, insight, and structure to decisions that matter. Why This Role Matters Growth brings complexity and opportunity. We’re scaling quickly, expanding through both organic growth and acquisitions. That means our compensation programs, benefits strategy, and HR systems must evolve just as fast. This role sits at the center of that evolution. You’ll help answer critical questions like: Are we paying competitively and equitably across all roles? How do we balance cost with meaningful employee value? How do we integrate acquired teams seamlessly into our programs? How do we use data and systems to make smarter, faster decisions? If you enjoy building, influencing, and improving, not just maintaining, this role is built for you.
