As our HR Manager, Compensation & Benefits, you’ll lead the design and execution of total rewards for a growing, high-impact industrial services organization with 800+ employees (and counting). This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences how we attract talent, retain top performers, and scale the business. You’ll partner closely with the HR Director (Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering) Finance, Operations, and senior leadership, bringing data, insight, and structure to decisions that matter.
