As a HR Leave of Absence Professional, you will provide critical support and expert guidance to employees navigating various leave programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and a smooth transition during periods of absence. Every day you will expertly interpret leave policies, administer FMLA, state-specific leaves, and other time-off programs, communicate with employees and managers, and meticulously track leave balances and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
