As an HR IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering technology initiatives that support operations across North America. This role is remote and will allow you to work remotely while collaborating with teams to execute complex projects that drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing HR IT projects in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across multiple departments.
  • Provide regular status reports and clear communication to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with HR IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices.
  • Support post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
