We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR / Recruiting Intern to join our team and support a wide range of human resources and recruiting activities, with a special focus on operation and the optimization of our Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, learn the fundamentals of HR operations, and play an active role in helping us attract and engage top talent.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in HR technology, systems management, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn or applicant tracking systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various open roles
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation and orientation logistics
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate and employee records in our HR systems
  • Help draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
  • Participate in recruiting initiatives and employer branding activities
  • Contribute to team meetings, brainstorms, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Support the optimization of HRIS (ADP) and ATS (Lever) platforms, including workflows, permissions, and system configurations.
  • Help design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR system processes and data management.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards related to headcount, recruiting, turnover, and engagement trends.
  • Participate in HR process improvement projects, particularly those related to digital transformation and operational efficiency.
