As an HR Intern you will learn how to promote and maintain positive employee relations and various insights into HR. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding HR matters, including, but not limited to payroll, benefits, and employee issues
  • Experienced with Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Access)
  • Accurate, organized, and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication and editing skills.
  • Be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information encountered
  • Ability to communicate and work well with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to take initiative on assigned tasks
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team, manage time, organize and accurately prioritize work across multiple projects and work within deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuing a degree in HR, HR Management, Labor Relations, or a related field OR have completed a degree/certificate in HR.
  • Paycom/HRIS systems a plus
