The HR Team at Pella Northland is focused on supporting our internal customers, our people! In this role, you'll be supporting the HR Department's initiatives by providing administrative support on projects. Additionally, you’ll help with training efforts and various HR projects by performing necessary research and sharing your ideas with the HR Manager. The goal of this internship is for you to become an integral part of the department's daily operation and to experience "real world" situations that will develop you for your professional career. This position will be temporary, 40 hours a week during the Summer of 2026. Pella is a great company to work for, but don't just take our word for it!
